Saints Row: The Third is one of the big releases this holiday season and has received much media attention for an exaggerated but, on the other hand, a fun proposal. To prepare the players before the game's release, THQ released the Saints Row: The Third - Initiation Station Demo, that allows you to create and share characters, a tool that allows us to anticipate the launch of the game and create our own players for Saints Row: The Third.

It's simple to customize your character. At the main menu you'll find a variety of options such as customize character, clothing and tattoos. You can "transform" whatever you want; body, face, hair, make-up and even the personality of your player, that includes the voice, compliment and taunt.

According to the publisher, you can create characters inspired by celebrities, athletes and even superheroes, using the tools in the editor itself. The creations can be shared with friends and even download them to give the final touch. The editor will also allow a collaboration between friends to create a "dynamic duo" of characters for cooperative mode. Some examples offered by THQ are a cowboy and an Indian, a dominatrix and her sex slave, among others. Judging by these examples, we have some hilarious outfits that can make Saints Row: The Third an oustading way to lift the players mood.

Purchasers of the Saints Row: Double Pack or Red Faction: Armageddon pre-order have earlier access to the Initiation Station demo. Others can join in on the beta on Nov 1, building custom characters for use within Saints Row: The Third when the game's released on Nov 15. In the meantime, interested creators can register with the Saints Row community to vote on your favorite custom characters – let us know your creations!
